We are partnering with a prestigious client based in the City of London who is seeking a proactive, polished, and people-focused Event Assistant - supporting Front of House operations and client-facing activities.

⭐ Key Responsibilities
Welcoming guests and providing outstanding Front of House support
Liaising confidently with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Assisting with the coordination and smooth running of events
Ensuring event spaces are prepared, organised, and presentable
Providing proactive support to ensure all event needs are met✨ About You
Professional, confident communicator
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Proactive and able to work independently
Comfortable in client-facing and FOH roles
